Mit dem jö Bonus Club hat die REWE Group ein österreichisches händler- und branchenübergreifendes Multipartnerprogramm entwickelt, das punktgenau auf die Wünsche der Kunden im Land zugeschnitten ist. Durch das Vorzeigen der jö Karte oder der digitalen jö Karte mit der jö App bei Einkäufen in teilnehmenden Partnerunternehmen werden mit jedem Kauf Punkte (Ös) gesammelt, die in eine Vielzahl individueller Vorteile und Angebote umgewandelt oder gespendet werden können.
Die Salesforce Plattform steht dabei im Zentrum einer komplexen Architekturlandschaft und H+W CONSULT wurde für die Einführung der Salesforce Service Cloud und Salesforce Experience Cloud beauftragt. Hintergrund der Zusammenarbeit
Volena Valcheva: During 2018, Unser Ö-Bonus Club GmbH was in the process of creating a multi-partner loyalty programme in Austria – jö Bonus Club, which was due to launch on 02.05.2019.
We had a need for a very strong Salesforce expertise from our Consulting partner, due to the fact that Salesforce was designed to be in the centre of our complex Architecture landscape. Due to this, we started our cooperation with H+W, who were able to prove that they can help us deliver our project successfully.

Volena Valcheva: Throughout the project, we worked with an experienced technical team who delivered the custom solutions for our needs, which proved to be a crucial success factor for us due to the fact that this was one of the biggest CRM projects in Austria and we couldn’t afford failure.
The initial scope of our cooperation was the design, implementation & go-live of Salesforce Service & Community Cloud. With the continuous strong support and skills of H+W we successfully went live with the jö Bonus Club programme on time & with no major issues, even though our scope encountered constant changes.
jö Bonus Club went live and with that the scope of work with H+W currently is to support us with continuous maintenance of our system to meet customer & business department changing requirements – from design & implementation of custom UI enhancements & configuration to API enhancements.
We highly appreciate the good cooperation and the highly skilled team and due to this we continue to trust and maintain our years-long cooperation with H+W without any hesitation.
